Barlow Respiratory in Elysian Park has the look of a pastoral summer camp. The 25-acre property is being redeveloped to enlarge the treatment facility while maintaining the campus' homey feel. The old cottage was lost long ago to the folds of a hillside in Elysian Park, near Dodger Stadium. You do not need a key to get inside.
